Where does your money go?

Angel Fund –  Or Ahavah is committed to serving the Jewish community regardless of a prospective member’s ability to pay for dues or for the cost of events and special services.  The Yom Kippur Retreat, Passover, Rosh HaShanah Blessing Seder, Tu B’Shvat seder and membership dues fall into this category.  Recipients are expected to help the organization through volunteer efforts.

Mystic Torah Fund – Monies are used to help fund scholarships for the various program offerings.  Prospective students who request assistance must demonstrate prior commitment to Tikkun Olam through volunteerism or involvement in Tikkun Olam projects.  Prospective students who have demonstrated prior commitment to Jewish spiritual practice through contemplative or philosophical methods may also apply.

General Fund – Monies from this fund support miscellaneous expenses associated with services and events such as food and environmentally conscious purchases of disposable paper goods.
